The artist was born in Brazil, in April 1963, and he lives in Campinas, Sao Paulo state, where he also maintains his atelier. Williams has been traveling around the world holding exhibitions in various European countries and also in the United States. His work has taken part in exhibitions in galleries, international fairs and museums in Paris, Rome, Dubai, Vienna, Lisbon, New York, Cannes, Sao Paulo, amongst others.

 

He has always been very passionate about art. His calling manifested soon, in his childhood, when he developed drawings and paintings in pencil on paper. However, as a teenager, he began painting his first works in oil on canvas.

 

In the 90ies, he studied architecture and urbanism, when he first researched about the influence of colors and geometric forms in the human psyche. Later, he would work in the publicity field as a graphic designer for several years. The expertise in these two fields enabled the use of even more techniques and materials, so he explored various resources to create his art.
